Yes. All of our products are made-to-order. This means each item is produced only after an order is placed, helping reduce waste and ensure better quality control.


3. How long does it take to process an order?

  • Production time: 2–5 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)


4. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

These times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.


5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.


6. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


7. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, production begins and changes or cancellations are no longer possible.


8. What is your return and refund policy?

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

However, we will gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
